THE GARDEN HOUSE is a Mediterranean-style holiday rental home located on the
coast of Croatia. This charming retreat is known for the beautiful fig tree at its entrance and its classic beige Croatian stone. Currently under renovation, the home will re-open for summer 2026. We were invited to design the logo and name card that will represent the property.

THE JOURNEY
After learning the story behind the house, we focused on its most iconic feature — the front door framed by a fig tree. To capture a classic, timeless feeling, we created a hand-drawn pencil illustration of the door and tree. We presented three options, and the client chose the oval design, reminiscent of traditional European emblems. For the name card, we selected sugarcane paper and letterpress printing to enhance the handcrafted, welcoming aesthetic. Minimal, elegant typography completed the design.

The final identity feels warm, classic, and inviting — perfectly expressing the charm of this holiday home.
