FURDAY Branding Project | Case Study by BIGFISH

FURDAY is an animal playground and café in Korat, created as a place where pets and their owners can enjoy quality time together. The goal is to feel like a second home — a space to play, eat, learn to swim, make new friends, celebrate birthdays, or even get a fresh haircut.

THE JOURNEY
The name Furday comes from the feeling of Friday — a day everyone looks for-ward to. We explored a logo style that captures the mood of “Thank God It’s Friday,” full of fun, lightness, and weekend joy. Blue and yellow were chosen as the main colours because dogs perceive these colours clearly.

After proposing several concepts, the client selected the final direction. We developed brand elements featuring a cozy illustration: a woman enjoying spaghetti with her dogs, while a cat playfully scratches nearby. It reflects the warmth and fun visitors can expect at Furday.The identity translated beautifully into merchandise — bags,keychains, dog toys — making the brand instantly lovable and ready to sell.

A truly joyful project that deepened our understanding of the dog-lover community.
