JANRAKA is a traditional Thai massage house in Chonburi, preserving authentic Thai healing techniques using natural, organic local herbs. The owner aims to protect Thailand’s ancient massage heritage and share it globally, especially now that Thai massage is recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

THE JOURNEY
JANRAKA first approached us to design inhalers and herbal products. Once we introduced the value of full branding, they saw the long-term benefit and entrusted us with a complete brand transformation — brand analysis, strategy, rebranding, identity, packaging, LINE homepage, menu, posters, service design, and music branding. We studied the founder’s vision and Thai massage history, shaping a concept inspired by a noble seaside vacation home from
King Rama V’s era, when European influence blended into Thai architecture.
Pastel tones, Thai–European gables, and early modern charm guided the entire
visual identity.

For the herbal line, we referenced old Thai apothecary shops. The brand story
was rewritten as a poetic narrative. Jan (moon) symbolises warmth, while Raka
(rooster) signifies awakening — themes woven into communication, interior
details, and customer experience. We also composed a signature spa song blending old-style romance with sea breeze and soft rooster calls.

We’re proud to have delivered Janraka a complete branding foundation. With these assets, any new product or media can be developed easily and consistent-ly, ensuring everything they create remains cohesive and aligned.
