FONIX began with Fon Supana, an award-winning barista who spent more than 10 years thriving
in Sydney’s coffee scene. She lives and breathes latte art, with a true passion for
teaching, training, and helping cafés elevate their craft. Her dream was to build a
studio where coffee lovers and café owners could sharpen their skills in coffee and
matcha — a place for workshops, hands-on training, and creative beverage development.
THE JOURNEY
Fon found us through a mutual friend in Australia. During our first session,
her idea was still vague, so we asked
countless questions to help refine her concept. She later returned with clarity and a
strong, confident vision. We soon realized that Fon’s connection to latte art wasn’t just
technical — it was her spirit. She wanted to teach not just skill, but the soul and heart
behind
the craft..
Together, we worked closely to shape a brand that felt craft-driven, soulful, and slightly retro. We agreed that
the “third eye” character holding a cup of coffee expressed her creativity and
intuition. We also created supporting brand elements — the Phoenix bird, coffee cup, and
power wheel — to amplify the energy and spirit of the brand.
The final identity represented Fon
perfectly. Once launched, Fonix took off quickly, standing out boldly in Sydney’s coffee
scene — a proud moment for Thai craftsmanship, from Fon’s barista artistry to our branding
team’s work
